Book the Studio
Our base Minimalist set starts at $55 an hour. It is a simple set that works for a lot of shoots. We are also building additional sets and amenities that will be set up as add-ons to the base price.
If there is something specific you need setup wise or a particular look you like, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate it.
From 55 US dollars
We recommend that you show up 10-15 minutes before your booking so that we can let you in, and familiarize you with the space before your client arrives. This gives you a second to get everything set up, and be more confident in the space when your client shows up. And we are more than happy to help you find things, or do minor set up.
Terms of use
By utilizing The Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Usage
Renter shall have access to the space for the agreed upon time. And is expected to use it in a professional manner. Any renter who improperly uses The Studio may be banned from renting the studio again.
Access
A representative of The Studio will let the photographer into the space at the scheduled time. They also will be available for a few minutes to answer any questions the photographer has about The Studio.
Payment
Payment for usage of the space shall be rendered no less than 24 hours prior to the rental time. If payment is not received, the booking shall be voided.
Cancelation/Rescheduling
We are happy to modify any booking as long as more than 24 hours notice is provided.
Damage to premises
The renter agrees to take full liability for any damage to The Studio or The Studio's equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused to the studio, or the equipment therein, shall be repaid by the renter at a value determined by The Studio.
Liability
The studio is not responsible for any injury sustained while at The Studio.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets in the studio. Service animals are always welcome.
Candle Policy
We do not allow open flame at the studio.
Age of models
All photographic subjects under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Renter is responsible for verifying the age of all photographic subjects.
Cleaning Fee
Please leave the space clean when you leave. If The Studio is left in an excessively dirty state, a $100 cleaning fee will sent to the renter.
